Story Time Schedule
Story time is an excellent program that is offered weekly here at the Laurel County Public Library. With a variety of times to join us there is sure to be a convenient time for you!
Tuesday

![]() Infants and their caregivers will share nursery rhymes, songs, and books. They will also get a chance to make fun projects, such as a homemade toy or baby book item that will demonstrate the babies' developmental milestones. The activities will emphasize the most effective way for parents to read to their babies. The class will conclude with a free play period.

Children's Area
It’s not just books our library houses. In our children’s area we have many other fun activities to do. You can put on your very own puppet show with your friends, play with our wooden train tracks, or sail the seven seas with our pirate ship of imagination, and much more. The main location of the library is not the only place with fun activities. The South branch and Olde Town locations are equipped with toys and activities to enjoy as well. TumbleBookLibrary
TumbleBookLibrary is an online collection of animated, talking picture books which teach young children the joys of reading in a format they'll love.
