Acorn TV

Hailed as a “glorious streaming service … an essential must-have” by The Hollywood Reporter, Acorn TV streams world-class mysteries, dramas, and comedies from Britain and beyond, including a full slate of original and exclusive programming. Just like Netflix, you can binge-watch popular shows like Doc Martin, Midsomer Murders, Inspector George Gently, Vera, Murdoch Mysteries, and more. With thousands of hours of commercial-free programming and new shows added weekly, there’s always something to watch.

ArtistWorks

ArtistWorks for Libraries provides patrons with world-class instruction through self-paced video lessons taught by highly accomplished and Grammy Award–winning music and art professionals.

ArtistWorks for Libraries offers instrumental and voice classes, from basic courses to intermediate instruction to advanced lessons. Because ArtistWorks for Libraries is browser enabled for both desktop and mobile devices, patrons can enjoy on-the-go learning without having to download an app.

Many children and adults spend hundreds or thousands of dollars a year on private music instruction—or do not have the means or access to accomplished professionals. ArtistWorks for Libraries offers many communities an alternative to high-cost private-arts instruction.

IndieFlix

IndieFlix, which directly supports filmmakers by letting them earn money for every minute of video watched, brings engaging stories to movie lovers around the world. Enjoy unlimited access to over 8,000 high-quality shorts, features, documentaries, classic TV shows and Web series from 85 countries. Programming includes comedies, dramas, horror, documentaries, animations, classic TV, short films, and over 40 other channels and genres.

IndieFlix also delivers films from major festivals all over the world, including Sundance, Cannes, and Tribeca. To find movies, patrons simply search by language, genre or film length, and the “quickpick” feature allows patrons to sample movies like they would sample music. IndieFlix can be enjoyed on any Internet-enabled computer, smartphone, or tablet with a Web browser, and movies are also available on Roku, Xbox and Apple TV.

Method Test Prep

Designed to work seamlessly with students’ unique learning styles and busy schedules, Method Test Prep’s ACT and SAT prep programs help students raise their ACT scores an average of three points and their SAT scores an average of 150 points. Diagnostic evaluations, lessons, quizzes, and full-length exams help students strategically navigate the SAT and ACT by focusing on both content and test-taking techniques. Students also build their fundamental reading comprehension, grammar, and math skills.

Learn It Live

Learn It Live offers interactive, live video courses and thousands of recorded courses on health and wellness, spirituality, personal development, and more. This unique service allows library patrons to interact with top authors and expert instructors from around the world. Topics include cooking, nutrition, child care, financial wellness, fitness, yoga, mindfulness, meditation, stress reduction, and more.

Pongalo NovelaClub

Pongalo offers unlimited access to the largest collection (over 10,000 episodes) of Spanish-Language telenovelas and TV series. Watch over 13,000 hours of major US studio content translated to Spanish, and popular translated Hollywood favorites, including Two for the Money, The Animal, Ace Ventura: When Nature Calls, Tears of the Sun, and more. Pongalo offers thousands of shows, including original programming and exclusive content.
