Bite Size Learning: Anxiety & Depression

Bite Size Learning is an educational, free lunch series brought to you by CHI Saint Joseph Health.
Physician Assistant Kathy Noble will present a program focusing on anxiety and depression. She will touch on concerns such as: the symptoms, causes, risk factors, and where to go to get help in relation to anxiety and depression.
RTEC transportation will be provided for this program by calling 864-5759 and scheduling a pick up and drop-off time. All arrangements MUST be made 48 hours prior to the time you wish to visit the library to allow for scheduling.
All events offered by the Laurel County Public Library are free to attend unless otherwise noted in the description above.
