FreeThe R.A.D. Self Defense System is a program of realistic tactics and techniques. This is a comprehensive course that begins with awareness, prevention, risk, reduction and avoidance, while progressing on to the basics of hands-on defense training.
This will be a two-part class taught by the London Police Department. Participants must attend both classes.
Ages 16-22 only.
