True Crime Cases: The Mysterious Death of Elisa Lam
Tue. September 24th, 2019 | 6:00pm - 7:00pm EDT
FreeThis month we’ll be discussing the mysterious death of Elisa Lam, a Canadian student at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver. She was reported missing early in February 2013.
Elisa’s body was recovered from a water tank atop the Cecil Hotel in downtown Los Angeles on February 19, 2013 by hotel maintenance workers who were investigating guest complaints of problems with the water supply.
The Cecil Hotel’s dark history combined with circumstances leading up to Elisa’s death have led to multiple theories on how she really died.
